Les escribo una vez más para invitarlos cordialmente a una nueva cita del Primer Ciclo de Cine Migrante (con "Bajo la Misma Luna"), que será el próximo sábado 19 de marzo, a las 5 de la tarde en el Centro Cultural Simón Bolívar. Es super fácil llegar! Más detalles, abajo! Como siempre, la peli es gratis así ke espero verlos allá. Inviten a sus amigos!

Hi everyone!!
Once again, I am emailing you to kindly invite you to our next movie of the First Migrant Cinema Cycle ("Under the Same Moon"). This time, the event will take place next saturday (march 19th), 5pm at the Centro Cultural Simón Bolívar. It is really easy to get there! Further details below! As usual, this is a free screening, so I hope to see you all there. Invite your friends and come!

El Colectivo Dignidad Migrante tiene el agrado de invitarlos a su Primer Ciclo de Cine Migrante. Éste se exhibirá en diferentes espacios de Montréal, con una película al mes que tratará temas de inmigración. El ciclo se enmarca dentro del contexto de información a la comunidad, previo a la gran marcha "Estatus para todos" a realizarse el 28 Mayo de 2011, junto a Solidaridad Sin Fronteras y Nadie es Ilegal.
En nuestra quinta entrega, el film encargado de mostrarnos esta realidad será "Bajo la Misma Luna", película mexicana que cuenta la historia de una mujer que viaja a Estados Unidos, dejando atrás a su hijo en busca de una vida mejor.
La invitación es para el próximo Sábado 19 de Marzo, a las 17 hrs., en el Centro Cultural Simón Bolívar, 394 Blvd. Maisonneuve Ouest. Metro Place des Arts (salida Bleury). Luego de la película habrá espacio para su análisis y discusión, junto a compañeros de nuestro colectivo.
La entrada es gratuita. ¡Todos son bienvenidos! Por favor, difundan y ¡los esperamos!

(en el mismo edificio de PROMIS), a las 7 pm. Metro Côte-Des-Neiges. Más detalles abajito! A ver si esta vez se animan a ir; como siempre la peli es gratis así ke vayan, difundan e inviten a sus amigos!!! De todas maneras, si no pueden ir el viernes, el sábado hay otra cosita (que les envío en el siguiente mail).

This is next friday, February 18th, 7pm at 3333 Côte ST-Catherine (in the same building of PROMIS), at 7 pm. Metro Côte-Des-Neiges. Further details below! La invitación es para el próximo Viernes 18 de Febrero, a las 19 hrs., en 3333 Côte ST-Catherine (en el mismo edificio de PROMIS). Metro Côte-Des-Neiges. Luego de la película habrá espacio para su análisis y discusión, junto a compañeros de nuestro colectivo.

The collective Dignidad Migrante has the honour of inviting you to its First Migrant Cinema Cycle! This will be screened on different spaces around Montréal, with one movie per month that will talk about immigration. The cycle is located within the context of giving information to the community, previous to the big demonstration "Status for All" which will be held on May 28th, 2011, along with Solidarity Across Borders and No One is Illegal.
In our fourth delivery, the film in charge of showing us this reality will be "Farmingville The Movie" , an american documentary that portraits the challenge of latino communities while working as immigrants in the 'land of oportunities'.
The invitation is next Friday, February 18th, 7 pm, at 3333 Côte ST-Catherine (at the same building of PROMIS). Metro Côte-Des-Neiges. After the screening, there will be space for its analisis and discussion, along with members of our Collective.
This is a free event. Everyone is welcomed! Please, forward this information. We will be waiting for you!
